What you will do

• Plan, organize, and manage the full lifecycle of game outsourcing projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams (art, design, engineering, QA) to deliver milestones on time and within scope.
• Create and maintain project schedules, task tracking, and documentation using project management tools.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track.
• Support scoping, estimates, proposals, and production planning for new projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the game industry.
• Solid understanding of game development processes (mobile and/or web preferred).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
• Comfortable working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in Portuguese.
