What you will do

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of LiveOps, porting, and full-cycle game development projects.
• Act as the primary client contact and align expectations, scope, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate art, design, engineering, and QA teams across project milestones.
• Maintain schedules, task tracking, documentation, estimates, and production plans.
• Identify risks, solve problems, and ensure high-quality assets, builds, and services are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the game industry.
• Understanding of game development processes, preferably in mobile and/or web games.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; comfortable working with international clients and distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in outsourcing or co-development studios.
• AAA game development experience.
