What you will do

• Define business and systems scope, objectives, and requirements for large-scale Operations projects and readiness initiatives.
• Analyze business and user needs, translating findings into functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and system specifications.
• Design and refine procedures that account for system limitations, operating timelines, risks, and desired outcomes.
• Lead escalation analysis and resolution for complex business and system issues.
• Develop recommendations and lead initiatives that improve operational processes and support business strategy.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborate with Operations, technology teams, suppliers, procurement, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of related business analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience negotiating and influencing requirements direction.
• 2+ years of experience developing business process models, procedures, process outlines, or job aids.
• 1+ years of experience planning and managing requirements activities for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Ability to lead concurrent initiatives, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, assess business impacts, and resolve complex problems independently.
