Salary: $91,700–$170,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead a defined manufacturing value stream across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Manage production schedules and flow, optimize throughput, eliminate bottlenecks, and coordinate with supply chain and planning to ensure material availability.
• Own labor productivity, cost control, budget adherence, forecasting support, and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams while supporting succession planning and skills progression.
• Implement and sustain Lean and hirify.global Business System practices, including daily management, standard work, Kaizen, visual management, Gemba walks, A3, 5 Whys, and PSP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desired.
• 5–8 years of experience managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience in a metrics-driven organization focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory.
• Strong leadership, team development, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision-making, structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, change management, and accountability for results.
• Demonstrated ability and aspiration to grow into broader leadership roles with increased scope and responsibility.
