Salary: $85,000/yr+

What you will do

• Lead and model safety-first behaviors to ensure zero-injury performance.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive operational performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and mentor shift employees through regular feedback and training.
• Use data and management systems to monitor and improve shift performance.
• Coordinate across shifts and functions to maintain workflow continuity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in shift-based operations.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be available for 12-hour night shifts (2-2-3 schedule) and initial day shift training.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools like 5S or DMAIC.
