eCOA Project Manager

Location: Denmark; remote from the start

What you will do

• Manage initial software deployment projects from kickoff through go-live, localization, and ongoing enhancements.
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Translate client requirements, clinical trial protocols, and schedules of assessments into functional software solutions.
• Lead change management, risk identification, mitigation planning, and adaptive delivery when requirements shift.
• Act as the primary client contact for project updates, issue resolution, support, education, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate developers, product managers, solution designers, clinical trial experts, and Study Conduct teams while driving process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle software implementation projects and tailoring solutions to client requirements.
• Advanced change management experience, including complex change requests and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of clinical trial domains, including eCOA, ePRO, EDC, and DCT, plus clinical trial data management and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, prioritization, and technical coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
