What you will do

• Lead study startup activities by reviewing protocol requirements and defining project plans.
• Manage project execution through resource planning, financial oversight, and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide team leadership by setting performance expectations and mentoring staff.
• Support business development through capability presentations and professional representation.
• Oversee project closeout by coordinating submission activities and final deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
• Proven expertise in project planning, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, FDA).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Project.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
