Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: United States - Remote; remote work is also available from the headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent, highly cross-functional enterprise and care-program projects from planning through delivery and transition.
• Define project outcomes, scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures with business owners and stakeholders.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
• Drive execution and accountability across teams, remove blockers, and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage scope and timeline changes while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership and improve PMO processes, governance, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deliver results across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-up, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams and translating complex information into actionable plans.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments.
• Experience with monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with modern collaboration and AI tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
