Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: United States — Remote, with the option to work at the HQ in Des Moines, Iowa

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional enterprise and care-program projects from planning through delivery and transition.
• Define project outcomes, scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures with business owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
• Drive execution and accountability across teams, removing blockers and resolving issues.
• Manage scope and timeline changes by assessing impact, aligning stakeholders, and updating plans.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes while improving PMO processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deliver results across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Strong organization, follow-up, stakeholder management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar tools; comfortable using modern collaboration and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or another fast-paced environment.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
