Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $160,000–$201,000 annual base salary; additional bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial execution for an AI-native reporting platform for finance teams.
• Prioritize AI investments and transition AI capabilities from bundled features to explicitly packaged and priced offerings.
• Lead ERP connector strategy and multi-ERP data integration across platforms including SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint, MRI, Yardi, Deltek, Syspro, and Sage.
• Drive SKU, packaging, pricing, pipeline instrumentation, and launch readiness for enterprise go-to-market execution.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and company product leadership.
• Manage and develop product managers or product owners and establish a consistent voice-of-customer practice.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years owning enterprise B2B SaaS products with direct bookings or P&L accountability.
• Hands-on product, integration, or implementation experience with the data models of at least two or three major ERP platforms.
• Experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented capabilities, including pricing, trust, and accuracy work.
• Experience with enterprise and upper-mid-market customers operating multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
• Experience building product operating discipline around SKUs, pricing, pipeline, and launch readiness.
• People leadership experience managing product managers or product owners.

Nice to have

• Financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, EPM, or adjacent finance software experience.
