Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote USA. Candidates who live within a reasonable commute to one of the offices must work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the intercompany product strategy and roadmap for continuous matching, netting, settlement, eliminations, transfer pricing, and compliance workflows.
• Define the agent-first direction, including fuzzy matching, predictive risk scoring, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible-AI guardrails.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams while managing roadmaps, dependencies, delivery risks, and product KPIs.
• Build data-driven business cases, ROI analyses, success criteria, and quarterly planning inputs for investment and prioritization decisions.
• Work with design partners and early-access customers to gather feedback and guide broader product rollout.
• Mentor product managers and improve product lifecycle processes and product craft.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a record of leading complex initiatives end to end.
• Experience shipping AI/ML- or data-powered production features, ideally involving agents, automation, matching, or intelligent workflows.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
• Strong enterprise SaaS and R2R close expertise, including reconciliations, journals, matching, consolidation, controls, and task management.
• Hands-on understanding of intercompany accounting: transaction matching, netting and settlement, eliminations, transfer pricing, and OECD Pillar Two requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and NetSuite, plus strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the intercompany competitive and partner landscape, including consolidation and CPM tools, ERP-native matching, and AI-native entrants.
• Exposure to accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
