What you will do

• Own the product vision and build sequence for the Workflow Engine from initial build to market launch.
• Define core concepts for work representation and hand-offs between system components to ensure reliable AI-driven processes.
• Manage the full system lifecycle including authoring tools, execution, quality monitoring, and governance.
• Develop a risk classification and approval framework to determine AI agent autonomy based on action reversibility.
• Partner with internal product teams to drive adoption of the engine over custom-built solutions.
• Establish an outcome-based pricing model and lead customer pilots to validate real-world workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• 3+ years of experience with workflow orchestration, distributed systems, or applied AI/agent products.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the US or Dublin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Deep technical understanding of distributed systems (failure handling, rollbacks) and AI agent behavior.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, Camunda, or AWS Step Functions.
• Practical skills in prompt engineering and retrieval-based AI systems.
• Working proficiency in Python or C# to read code and build prototypes.
• Exposure to ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
