Talent Partner (AI/SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with a minimum of 2 office days per week; hiring supports the New York and Austin offices and US-based roles.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and signed contracts.
• Recruit primarily go-to-market talent across sales and marketing, with additional customer and operational roles as the organization grows.
• Build the foundations of the US talent and people function, including employer branding, recruiting processes, and ways of working.
• Support ad hoc people operations as the US organization scales.
• Use AI tools to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of hiring.

Requirements

• Experience owning full-lifecycle recruiting independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
• Specialization in hiring go-to-market talent for high-bar organizations.
• Strong outbound sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Data-driven approach to managing, troubleshooting, advising on, and forecasting recruiting funnels.
• Advanced use of AI tools for recruiting.
