• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial screening calls.
• Manage the full offer process, including detailing terms, remuneration, and benefits to successful candidates.
• Design and document HR procedures and recruitment workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Organize online and offline team gatherings to foster engagement and a strong company culture.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
• Proven track record in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
