Director, Agentic Technologists (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; up to 30% travel expected for customer engagements, team management, leadership summits, and industry events.

Base salary for US-based employees: $160,090–$269,854.20 USD annually. Additional bonus or role-specific commission and potential equity participation may apply.

What you will do

• Build, hire, coach, and lead a global team of Principal Agentic Technologists.
• Develop the technical sales strategy, agentic product narrative, tailored presentations, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Value frameworks.
• Partner with Regional Sales VPs and Directors on account planning, territory strategy, strategic opportunities, and executive-level deal support.
• Provide structured field feedback to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to influence agentic and Non-Human Identity product roadmaps.
• Create enablement programs covering AI frameworks, cloud AI platforms, and emerging Non-Human Identity security paradigms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an engineering leader managing senior or principal-level architects or specialized overlay teams.
• 5+ years of individual contributor experience in technical pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, IAM, AI, cloud AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and Non-Human Identities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive engagement skills.
