What you will do

• Oversee the internal platform responsible for identity, rate limiting, data classification enforcement, audit logging, and model access management.
• Manage the agent marketplace, including the registry, trust framework, and contribution model for shared AI capabilities.
• Develop the pipeline-level AI layer to integrate governed AI steps within CI/CD processes.
• Own the organization's knowledge graph and retrieval architecture.
• Set grounding and governance standards and review architectural designs for the development team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of building and operating production AI systems at enterprise scale, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Deep implementation-level knowledge of MCP protocol and agentic orchestration (server development and multi-agent coordination).
• Experience designing large-scale developer-facing platforms with contribution and governance models.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the United States.
