What you will do
- Compile invoices owed to suppliers and other organizations.
- Validate supplier invoices against system purchase orders.
- Verify purchase order details, interpret approval authorities, and process invoices.
- Maintain invoice and transaction records.
- Work with vendors and locations on statements, past-due balances, and discrepancies.
- Review vendor statements, monitor aging against payment terms, and escalate exceptions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Accurate and fast data entry skills.
- Experience with computer software and strong math skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
