Accounts Payable Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Process invoices across the LAC region while following established compliance controls and SLA targets.
• Investigate workflow delays, resolve complex payment issues, and manage supplier and stakeholder requests.
• Confirm applicable invoice taxes and perform Accounts Payable account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate Accounts Payable entries in the General Ledger and support Corporate Accounting research and reconciliations.
• Support process documentation, internal audit walkthroughs, SOX documentation, and ad hoc accounting projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Tax teams while supporting training and knowledge sharing on AP systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in multinational or shared service center environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoice automation and workflow tools.
• Availability to work from the Bogota office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• ERP knowledge, particularly Oracle, SAP, or Navision.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
• Portuguese.
