Senior Product Manager (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Brisbane, California; candidates may reside in the United States or Canada

Anticipated salary range: $160,000–$195,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into software product solutions.
• Develop and communicate product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, and feature priorities.
• Work with customers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product requirements and manage trade-offs.
• Guide UI and UX design processes for customer-facing cloud and mobile products.
• Represent the customer experience, identify product gaps, and gather feedback through customer conversations.
• Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction, iterating after launch.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• 3–4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud software products with significant customer-facing user interfaces and experiences.
• Experience owning detailed product requirements and working closely with software development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
