Principal Product Manager (MedTech)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid or in-person work is available, with required on-site work from an hirify.global office; the preferred location is near Acton, MA. Travel is estimated at less than 25%.

Salary: $166,700–$250,025 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with possible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the digital customer experience roadmap for global connected products.
• Lead customer, market, commercial viability, and technical feasibility analysis.
• Build business cases, integrated release plans, product visions, and strategic plans.
• Own the full product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, launches, sustaining activities, and technical debt retirement.
• Track on-market performance, including market share, retention, and product complaints.
• Collaborate with architects, product marketing managers, product managers, and cross-functional delivery teams on scalable product solutions and launch strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
• Experience developing and commercializing digital products and leading end-to-end product management.
• Knowledge of IT systems development and familiarity with web and CRM platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work on-site from an hirify.global office in the United States under the hybrid arrangement.
