Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Preferred locations are hub offices in Boston, MA; Waterloo, Canada; San Bruno, CA; or Mountain View, CA

Salary: $197,000 - $295,500

What you will do

• Translate customer discovery feedback and market requirements into prioritized commercial features for the Pre platform roadmap.
• Design pricing models, packaging, and solution bundles tailored to priority market segments like life sciences and health systems.
• Develop repeatable delivery playbooks to accelerate implementation and time-to-value for new customers.
• Create high-impact product demos, positioning guides, and sales enablement materials to support strategic deals.
• Coordinate across adjacent product teams (Exchange, Refinery) to ensure commercial priorities inform the broader platform strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical or outbound product management for market-facing enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience designing go-to-market plans, solution packaging, or pricing strategies for cloud-based data platforms.
• Demonstrated background leading customer-facing discovery and managing strategic client relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work from hub offices in Boston, Waterloo, San Bruno, or Mountain View.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trusted Research Environments (TREs), biomedical data analysis, or healthcare research informatics.
• Working familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, Azure) and AI/ML tooling for biomedical workloads.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
• Direct experience designing monetization and tiered access models for complex enterprise technical platforms.
