Principal Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from hub offices in Boston, MA; Waterloo, Canada; San Bruno, CA; or Mountain View, CA.

Salary: $197,000 - $295,500

What you will do

• Translate customer discovery and market requirements into prioritized commercial features for the platform roadmap.
• Design pricing models, packaging, and solution bundles tailored to life sciences and health systems.
• Develop repeatable delivery playbooks to accelerate implementation and time-to-value for new customers.
• Create high-impact product demos, positioning guides, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate across adjacent product teams to ensure commercial priorities inform the broader platform strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical or outbound product management for enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience designing go-to-market plans, solution packaging, or pricing strategies for cloud-based data platforms.
• Demonstrated background leading customer-facing discovery and executing strategic client deployments.
• Must be able to work from designated hub offices in Boston, Waterloo, San Bruno, or Mountain View.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with Trusted Research Environments (TREs), biomedical data analysis, or healthcare research informatics.
• Working familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, Azure) and AI/ML tooling.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
