Software Developer In Test (SDET) (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and productionize AI-assisted test generation, flaky-test detection, failure triage, and log analysis.
• Profile and re-architect end-to-end test pipelines using parallelization, smart test selection, sharding, and improved resource utilization.
• Maintain and modernize automation frameworks and Jenkins-based testing pipelines for Kubernetes Operators.
• Build reliable, observable, and fast CI/CD pipelines that provide clear pull-request quality signals.
• Define test strategies and quality gates while partnering with engineering and QA on testability, reliability, and release quality.
• Research tools and processes that improve testing, delivery speed, and product quality.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes and testing applications in containerized environments.
• Experience with database systems, architecture, and performance, particularly in cloud or Kubernetes contexts.
• Experience designing and implementing automated tests, preferably for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages; experience with Linux and Git.
• Experience with Agile development, test-management tools, and AI/LLM tooling applied to engineering problems.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLMs into developer or QA workflows.
• Experience with Golang and YAML.
• Open-source contributions and interest in database technologies.
• Experience improving testing strategies, automation processes, and product quality.
