What you will do

• Architect and deploy automated integration testing frameworks for complex, multi-component service environments.
• Validate OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, Avro schemas, REST/gRPC endpoints, Kafka events, webhooks, and database states.
• Build high-fidelity tests spanning at least three systems across the order-to-report workflow.
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI into test generation, log analysis, anomaly detection, and CI/CD optimization.
• Lead cross-functional quality alignment across Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams through technical influence.
• Introduce chaos engineering experiments and mentor Senior Software Quality Engineers and Software Engineers in Test.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development or test automation experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Expert programming skills in Java, Python, or Go, with hands-on experience using Playwright.
• Strong experience testing microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven systems, Kafka, or AWS SQS/SNS.
• Practical expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services including S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Experience in a quality-critical regulated domain such as HealthTech, MedTech, or FinTech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FDA design controls, IEC 62304, or HIPAA standards.
• Experience with oncology, laboratory, clinical, or genetic testing systems.
