TL;DR

SDET (Python): Designing and developing a testing framework for the hirify.global Cloud Manager platform with an accent on end-to-end quality and automation tools. Focus on building scalable test beds, optimizing delivery systems, and ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous coding and code reviews.

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Design and develop a comprehensive end-to-end testing framework for company products.
• Build and maintain automation tools, test cases, and test beds.
• Own the automation and delivery systems to ensure rapid iteration and early defect discovery.
• Provide quality metrics and status reports for product releases.
• Actively participate in coding and peer code reviews.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in SDET or QA automation.
• Excellent programming and scripting skills in Python for automated tests.
• Expertise with tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, REST API, and SDKs.
• Strong systems background in Linux, specifically Process, Memory, and IO Management.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and core Computer Science fundamentals (DS, Algos).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity, attending the office at least 3 days per week.
