Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Germany, with remote work from Germany and offices in Berlin or Stuttgart; a German work permit and at least one year of onsite work in Germany are required. Travel within Germany and occasionally to international Infosys locations may be required.

What you will do

• Manage and control digital development projects, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead practical AI projects from initial idea through implementation.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into requirements, work packages, and prioritized tasks.
• Create service descriptions and expense estimates.
• Ensure project quality while meeting delivery schedules and budget requirements.
• Support developers, agency teams, and clients throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience with digital applications in an agency or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital and software development projects, including lean and automated redesign and scaling of digital processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Self-reliant, hands-on, positive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent German at C1/C2 level and English at B2+ level are essential.
• A German work permit and at least one year of onsite work experience in Germany are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI and real-time workflows or applications.
• Interest in technically focused projects, digital trends, and UX.
