TL;DR

Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager (AI): Managing development projects and AI implementation from conceptualization to execution with an accent on requirement engineering and resource controlling. Focus on scaling digital processes, deriving complex work packages, and ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timing constraints.

Location: Must have a work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany. Remote/Hybrid options available within Germany.

What you will do

  • Manage and control development projects and resources across cross-unit teams.
  • Lead practical AI projects from initial idea to full implementation.
  • Perform requirement engineering and analysis of professional needs.
  • Define, derive, and prioritize work packages and technical tasks.
  • Create comprehensive service descriptions and expense estimates.
  • Ensure delivery quality while adhering to strict timing and budget requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional project management experience for digital applications in an agency or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and software development project lifecycles.
  • Experience in lean redesign and automated scaling of digital processes.
  • Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in German and English (B2).
  • Valid work permit for Germany and a minimum of one year of previous onsite work experience in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CGI and real-time workflows or applications.
