Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations & Reporting (Workday)

Location: USA Remote & Travel; up to 10% travel may be required to client and customer locations.

Salary: $125,000–$171,600 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own the ongoing administration, optimization, and enhancement of Workday integrations and reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain inbound and outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations, and vendor file feeds.
• Develop custom Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics for HR operations, compliance, and leadership decision-making.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues affecting downstream systems.
• Support Workday releases through regression testing and validation of integration and reporting functionality.
• Improve data governance, audit readiness, documentation, controls, and process efficiency while advising HR stakeholders on reporting and integration impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, analytics, and Workday reporting security.
• Experience with inbound and outbound EIBs, custom XSLT transformations, Core Connectors, and data exchange methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, collaboration, change management, and testing skills.
• Employees must be able to travel by car and/or air to client and customer locations and hold a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience with PICOF, PECI, CCW, or Workday APIs.
• Knowledge of PGP, AS2/X.509, and digital signatures.
• Exposure to Workday Studio.
• Workday Integration Pro Certification.
