Senior HR Technology Solutions Analyst (Workday)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee; candidates must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.

Salary: $79,175–$131,958 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Shared Services, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable HR technology solutions.
• Configure, test, optimize, and support Workday and integrated HR technology platforms across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and support Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Payroll functionality.
• Create user stories, functional requirements, process documentation, solution designs, test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support releases, enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Perform root cause analysis, maintain reports and dashboards, and improve data integrity, security, compliance, governance, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HRIS, HR technology, or business systems experience.
• Advanced experience supporting Workday Benefits is required.
• Experience with at least one additional Workday area: Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Payroll.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms, integrated vendors, Agile delivery, functional requirements, documentation, and detailed testing.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required; candidates must be physically located in the United States.
