Lead Business Systems Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Design scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Compensation.
• Translate complex HR and business problems into automated, maintainable system solutions.
• Lead large-scale programs and enhancements across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
• Manage testing strategy, release readiness, and deployment quality.
• Improve the People Technology roadmap by identifying enhancements and adopting new Workday capabilities.
• Apply AI to requirements analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, data analysis, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or enterprise systems roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in Workday Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Core HCM.
• Experience with end-to-end HR processes, data structures, system integrations, and complex business analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence partners, mentor others, and deliver measurable improvements.
