Lead Business Systems Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Design scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Compensation.
• Translate complex HR and business needs into automated, maintainable system solutions.
• Lead large-scale enhancements and programs across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
• Define testing strategies and release readiness processes for reliable, low-defect deployments.
• Act as the escalation point for complex Workday issues and influence the People Technology roadmap.
• Apply AI to requirements analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, data analysis, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in Workday Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Core HCM.
• Experience analyzing complex business problems, designing scalable solutions, and working with HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring team members.
