Workday Solutions Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 support for Workday HCM and Financials by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and internal or third-party systems.
• Use Workday integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and progressively advanced tools such as Workday Studio.
• Perform integration testing, validation, system testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields for business and leadership needs.
• Support Workday configuration, business processes, security assignments, documentation, governance, and new feature releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting one or more Workday modules, preferably HCM and/or Financials.
• Experience with Workday application support, production troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, calculated fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday-delivered integration technologies.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, and data structures, plus strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
