TL;DR
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (Workday): Supporting and optimizing Workday HCM and Recruiting implementations, configurations, integrations, reporting, and ongoing HR systems operations with an accent on business process design, security, data integrity, and user experience. Focus on leading full-cycle implementation activities, solving complex system and integration issues, and building reliable workforce reports and compliance controls.
Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Salary: $125,000–$145,000 base salary per year.

What you will do
- Support Workday HCM and Recruiting implementation activities, including requirements validation, configuration, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Design and configure recruiting business processes, candidate workflows, job requisitions, offers, reports, and adoption materials.
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for configuration, maintenance, enhancements, releases, security, and process optimization.
- Support data extraction, uploads, tenant builds, audits, data standards, integrations, and data privacy compliance.
- Create HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and project teams to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, provide training, and resolve risks.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on technical Workday HCM experience.
- At least one full-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
- Hands-on Workday Recruiting implementation experience, including business processes, candidate workflows, requisitions, offers, testing, reporting, and post-go-live support.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM modules, Workday security, business process configuration, and report writing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Workday HCM certification.
