Professional Services Consultant - Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with three days per week in the Toronto office; client work may be remote and onsite throughout North America.

Salary: CAD 50,000–65,000 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Plan and design tailored hardware, software, database, platform, and integration solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.
• Manage software deployments, infrastructure moves and upgrades, system integrations, and hardware configuration.
• Develop technology rollout plans and deliver end-user training.
• Analyze business problems and deploy technical solutions across enterprise software platforms.
• Coordinate project handoffs to support teams after implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with software deployment, technical architecture, APIs, databases, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, reporting, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work directly with enterprise clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week from the Toronto office.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time for any employer in Canada without current or future immigration sponsorship.
