Professional Services Consultant - Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, based three days per week from the Toronto offices, Canada; remote and onsite client work may take place throughout North America.

Salary: CAD 50,000–65,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Plan and design tailored hardware, software, and integration solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, timelines, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and execute technology rollout plans, including end-user training.
• Analyze business problems and deploy technical solutions across enterprise software platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to align requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate project-close handoffs to support teams.

Requirements

• Experience with software deployment, technical architecture, APIs, databases, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex business processes and new technologies.
• Ability to build relationships with enterprise-level clients and communicate through presentations and structured reports.
• Experience managing projects, supporting deployments, and driving successful outcomes.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time for any employer in Canada without current or future immigration sponsorship.
