Enterprise Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead solution design and execution for complex client implementations on the hirify.global platform.
• Onboard new clients and oversee implementation architecture from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively and driving each through completion.
• Improve implementation processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Work proactively and consultatively with clients to understand needs and support their success.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Experience researching, designing, and implementing solutions for complex problems.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in Python.
• Project management experience.
