Publisher Account Manager (Ad Tech)

Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel; only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with strategic EMEA mobile app publishers across Western and Eastern Europe.
• Own the client lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, performance growth, and retention.
• Provide strategic consultation and daily support to maximize publisher success and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell initiatives for hirify.global products and integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and QA on account setup, optimization, and invoicing.
• Analyze account data, communicate actionable performance insights, and resolve technical and business challenges.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
• At least 2 years of experience in ad tech is desirable, with a background in account management, client services, or customer success.
• Hands-on knowledge of mobile ad tech, including RTB, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms.
• Knowledge of the mobile app industry, particularly utility and gaming applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
