Account Manager (Leesman)

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, retention, portfolio growth, and the overall survey process for multiple clients.
• Lead client meetings throughout project delivery and present survey results, face-to-face when possible.
• Help clients understand and use the Leesman platform and its workplace experience data.
• Shape service delivery as the Leesman business expands globally.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or a related position.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify client challenges, develop solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience interpreting and presenting data, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills, preferably Dutch or French.
• Previous commercial real estate industry experience.
• Interest in process improvement and exceeding client expectations.
