Solution Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own system functionality and capabilities within the assigned solution area, partnering with stakeholders to improve systems and drive adoption.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, system constraints, integrations, and upstream/downstream impacts with Systems Specialists.
• Lead capability roadmaps, prioritization, backlog management, and communication of roadmap strategy.
• Elicit and document business needs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, project scope, and business processes.
• Coordinate feature releases, UAT planning, tester identification, sign-offs, and readiness escalations.
• Track KPIs and business impact while supporting access controls, data visibility, workflows, configuration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in business systems, business analysis, solution management, platform administration, operations enablement, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into system capabilities, prioritize requirements, and map cross-functional processes.
• Experience with process maps, data models, context diagrams, relational data concepts, reporting tools, and integration approaches.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, marketing automation, financial systems, data platforms, SaaS tools, configuration patterns, and system constraints.
• Ability to lead initiatives from discovery through rollout, including scoping, planning, risk management, dependency coordination, and change management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
