Commercial Project Manager R&D

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, consolidate project information, and support milestone adherence and timely delivery.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project close-out reporting with technical project managers.
• Monitor project costs, expenditures, funding, and financial KPIs.
• Prepare financial reports, management dashboards, and performance presentations.
• Identify financial deviations, risks, and opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Manage reporting and compliance requirements for funded R&D projects while improving project controlling tools through automation and database use.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager or in a relevant role.
• Strong experience in finance, controlling, cost accounting, and financial management.
• Advanced user of SAP, Excel, and standard controlling tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

• Swedish language skills.
