Project Manager (Financial Services)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 2–3 days a week on site

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 per annum plus benefits

hirify.global is supporting a large financial services organisation delivering technology and operational change.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, operational change, and transformation projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, RAID logs, actions, and decisions.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, senior leadership, and governance forums.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies according to project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, delivery standards, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of end-to-end project management experience, ideally in financial services or a technology-driven environment.
• Experience delivering technology, operational change, or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing senior management.
• Confidence using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
