District Manager - Dashmart- North Cal (Logistics)

Location: Sacramento, California or Fresno, California; regular onsite work required within a reasonably commutable distance, including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $81,600–$120,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and retain Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates across the market.
• Oversee the daily operations of 4–6 DashMart facilities, ensuring processes run efficiently, reliably, and safely.
• Own market performance across quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability metrics.
• Execute process-improvement pilots and projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support market expansion, increased demand, operational scaling, and adoption of best practices.
• Lead site-level culture and change management while sharing frontline insights with central teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, retail or warehouse management, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams of 15 or more employees and/or managing multiple locations.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills with a data-first approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work onsite regularly and support a 24/7 business through flexible scheduling, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
• Residence within a reasonably commutable distance of a DashMart facility in the advertised location.

Nice to have

• Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
• Operations experience in logistics, fulfillment centers, or warehousing.
• Experience managing high-volume operations across different local labor-market requirements.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Experience building and training high-performing teams.
