Partner Regional Retail Sales Manager

What you will do

• Co-create a sustainable long-term growth strategy for the Lee and Wrangler brands in Poland.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for approximately 35 partner stores.
• Manage commercial partners, support their business growth, set performance targets, and oversee negotiations.
• Prepare sales and analytical reports, forecasts, and budgets for regions and individual stores.
• Monitor retail KPIs including sales per square meter, conversion rate, average basket value, stock turnover, and margin percentage.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams on promotions, product distribution, operational efficiency, and brand presentation.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, partner management, or a related commercial role.
• Advanced Excel skills for sales data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage negotiations and build long-term relationships with commercial partners.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and store turnover.
• Ability to work with sales forecasts, budgets, and retail performance indicators.
