Salary: $94,200–$132,900 per year, with commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Share field construction processes with enterprise and key account teams and support scaled enablement.
• Collaborate with product innovation partners to address functionality gaps in project management and ERP software.
• Analyze workflows involving pending change orders, contract line items, markups, and related construction operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, custom SQL scripting, and artificial intelligence on legacy platforms.
• Act as a field CTO-style solution ambassador through knowledge sharing and industry networking.

Requirements

• 3–5 or more years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• Deep familiarity with construction-specific ERP, accounting, project management, estimating, detailing, engineering, fabrication, or field productivity software.
• Ability to design custom, scalable workflows and challenge ineffective designs.
• Strong communication skills with CFOs, controllers, project managers, engineers, and operational leaders.
• Work location must align with the US - Remote, CO conditions; the final arrangement may be remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI to construction workflows.
• Financial leadership experience as a construction accountant, controller, assistant controller, or project accountant.
• VDC/BIM, specialized subcontracting, structural engineering, or civil estimating experience.
• Experience with hirify.global Construction One software or hardware.
• Spanish, French, or Brazilian Portuguese language skills.
