Sales Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or US-Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $270,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, including scoping use cases and articulating business value.
• Design and demo the hirify.global platform to prospective enterprise customers.
• Lead technical and architecture reviews throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM strategy.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide feedback to improve AI agent capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Proven ability to lead the sales process with Enterprise customers.
• Experience in demo building, presenting, and relationship-building with technical leaders and executives.
• Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently for discovery, solution design, and prototyping.
• Strong ownership of technical accuracy in all customer-facing materials.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
