Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska, United States; remote eligible

Salary: $89,265–$148,180 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce features and automations, including Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, permissions, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Build secure integrations with ERP, HRIS, marketing, and other external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
• Manage data synchronization, migration, batch processes, scheduled jobs, testing, releases, and production troubleshooting.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture decisions, code reviews, governance, and platform improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers, interns, and contractors while collaborating with business analysts, administrators, IT teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of Salesforce development experience, including technical leadership on complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute year for year.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, integrations, testing, version control, and multi-environment deployments.
• Strong architectural thinking, ownership, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Remote workers must comply with hirify.global's remote work policies and agreements; occasional travel may require reliable transportation.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data migration, API development, and enterprise integration.
• Salesforce Industries or Communications Cloud experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Telecommunications experience and Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer certifications.
