What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and create technical design documentation.
• Develop and maintain web-based business logic, user interfaces, and database systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Manage code repositories using Git and contribute to deployment automation.
• Execute unit, regression, and smoke testing to ensure software quality.
• Implement security best practices to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Maricopa County, AZ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in implementation and deployment of medium to large systems.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate/EclipseLink), and database technologies like Oracle or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with React and JSON.
• Knowledge of the electrical energy industry.
