Senior Professional Services Consultant (AI)

Location: Multiple USA locations; preferred in or around the Boston office, with remote work available in Eastern/Central USA. Hybrid work setup with flexible working hours.

Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 USD OTE base and bonus annually, plus an annual performance bonus, equity grant, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, roll out, audit, and improve Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Own complex, high-visibility customer engagements end-to-end, including solution design, delivery, and customer outcomes.
• Translate requirements from data governance, data management, engineering, and business stakeholders into solution designs and technical specifications.
• Prepare architecture designs, solution sketches, technical specifications, agile prototypes, training, and customer onboarding.
• Configure, integrate, test, document, and tune hirify.global solutions within customer applications and data landscapes.
• Mentor junior consultants, lead escalations, advise customers strategically, and share field insights with product managers and developers.

Requirements

• Extensive recent hands-on experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Data Governance, Master Data Management, databases, ETL, data integration, migrations, BI, data lakes, big data, or cloud ecosystems.
• Practical experience applying AI tools and concepts in real projects.
• Advanced data management, relational database, and SQL skills.
• Experience with XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, and Python or another programming language.
• Experience leading complete project lifecycles independently, mentoring team members, and managing complex customer engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation, software vendors, or product companies.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or life sciences.
• Exposure to Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP, NoSQL, XSLT, Hive, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with SDLC, code management, upgrades, and Unix/Linux.
