Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at a hirify.global office or client site at least three days per week.

Salary: $170,568 – $274,554

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define business objectives and success criteria for AI/ML initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end target-state architectures covering data, ML, security, and governance.
• Design robust data and model lifecycles, including pipelines, training, serving, and drift detection.
• Partner with security and risk teams to embed responsible AI controls and auditability into solution designs.
• Mentor teams and develop reusable assets, reference architectures, and accelerators to scale delivery quality.
• Lead proposal solutioning, technical writing, and client-facing advisory for AI pursuits.

Requirements

• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States; position is not eligible for employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years leading teams of architects and developers.
• Strong grounding in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

• Experience with regulated environments such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI.
• Prior experience in the consulting industry.
