• Assess client business challenges to define data and AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead client-facing engagements focused on data architecture, analytics, and governance.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions and technology decisions.
• Provide technical leadership through project planning, mentoring, and best practice support.
• Contribute to practice growth through innovation, presales support, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience leading client-facing digital transformation or data/analytics engagements.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience guiding strategy discussions and technology decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, data agents, or generative AI technologies.
• Experience developing data governance or modernization roadmaps.
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms or data technologies.
