Senior Change Activation Partner

Location: United States; hybrid work from a local hub at least 2 days per week or 8 days per month, with fully remote work available for candidates who are not near a hub. Hub locations include Austin, New York City, San Francisco, and Arlington, Virginia. The role requires travel of up to 25% for hybrid employees and up to 50% for fully remote employees. The role is open to candidates across the US.

Estimated base salary: $145,000–$180,000 in New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle; $130,000–$162,000 in all other locations. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Lead change communications strategies for major enterprise deployments, including narratives and messaging architectures.
• Translate complex business and talent challenges into compelling change narratives.
• Build trust and influence with senior stakeholders as a thought partner and change advisor.
• Map stakeholders, champions, skeptics, and cascade paths across complex organizations.
• Develop and deliver campaigns through email, live events, digital platforms, and executive forums.
• Equip managers and frontline leaders with toolkits, talking points, coaching, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, change activation, change management, or storytelling.
• Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver persuasive narratives.
• Experience spanning change, communications, and experience design, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Enterprise client experience, ideally with large-scale global organizations.
• Ability to work from the US under the applicable hybrid or remote model and meet the travel requirements.
