Project Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base compensation per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global’s online banking platform and related products and services.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent small- to medium-scale client projects, including feature enhancements, third-party integrations, and consulting efforts.
• Create and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource coordination, and status reports.
• Translate client requests into actionable project items and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Lead stakeholder status meetings, communicate progress, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Support internal development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of project management experience, preferably in financial technology or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience leading implementations for financial institutions and working in the IT or fintech industry.
• Proficiency with project planning and management tools, including Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining timely and successful delivery.
