Internal Communications Manager (Web3)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $96,000 – $192,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead internal communications and change management initiatives in partnership with the global People team.
• Develop and execute strategies to support organizational changes, program launches, and employee engagement.
• Produce inspirational content including videos, presentations, and internal events.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and iterate based on data.
• Ensure all functional communications align with the company brand voice and global strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Required to collaborate with leaders on central and west-coast US timezones daily
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications and change management, preferably in technology.
• Proven experience working with HR to deliver change communications programs.
• Superior written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
