Communications Manager (Tabletop Games)

Location: Hybrid in Roseville, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage and execute the overall communication strategy for the Fantasy Flight Games brand.
• Coordinate messaging, timelines, approvals, and deliverables with external PR agencies.
• Support marketing managers with campaign messaging, announcements, and cross-channel alignment.
• Lead internal communications and cross-departmental information flow.
• Oversee customer service inquiries from players, retailers, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication projects and improve communication processes and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, project management, and/or customer service leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer-focused projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of customer service ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
